Our Cold Pressed Juice is comparable to a delicious daily multivitamin produced straight from the earth with 0 added chemicals, 0 man-made colors/flavors, & 0 heat application. Basically, NOTHING FAKE. Our process is much different than traditional juicing you may see happening in your neighbor’s kitchen

— while still yummy, traditional centrifugal juicers break down much of the essential nutrients & enzymes due to the method of processing & heat that is produced during production. We use a TRUE hydraulic cold press to create these beautiful juices. The press squeezes the fruit + veggies with 2.7 tons of pressure, allowing all of the live enzymes + nutrients + antioxidants to stay intact. When we cold press juice, it removes most of the insoluble fiber (90%) which then creates less strain on the digestive system and also allows for increased absorption of specific enzymes and phytonutrients that are typically inaccessible otherwise. The juice floods the bloodstream with much higher concentrations of vitamins, minerals, & live enzymes. Juicology provides a crisp, smooth, & fresh juice that is ideal for a variety of taste buds with an endless list of health benefits. From default, we are very good at making things palatable & not taste like dirt… but more like delicious squeezed goodness instead. We plan to be diverse in our offerings as we grow serving our community. We are a tiny yet mighty small local business in the 740. We have background in the health and fitness industry; owning a booming fitness facility, being a certified personal trainer as well as a certified fitness nutritionist. We also have owned restaurants for the past 15+ years. So creating healthy lifestyles & providing delicious goodness for our community is nothing new to us =). Our goal is to provide wholesome delicious juices that will benefit the well-being of our family & yours. You guys have been swooning over our huge salads lately, and so have we, so wanted to share another one you’ll be able to grab when we open! 🤭

The Baja Vida 🥗 🌶️ 🍯
Crisp chopped romaine & kale base, tossed with red peppers, red onions, scallions, avocado, feta chunks, cucumber, sliced jalepeño, roasted chicken & a twist of crushed black pepper. Top or toss with our house made southwest honey lime vinaigrette dressing & 🔥 🤌🏽 🤤!!!

Also yummy with added wonton strips for some additional crunch.

We also created a delicious electrolyte refresher to pair perfectly with this salad… should we share it, too? 🤩

The Beverly Hills Chop & Fresh Cold Pressed Lemonade 🥗 🍋

Crisp iceberg & romaine chopped with loads of julienned salami & and pepperoni, mozzarella, organic chick peas, sliced pepperoncini, red onion, cracked black pepper & freshly grated Parmesan + a house made Dijon Parmesan Vinaigrette dressing. Choose to also add a toasted crumb to the top. 🥗 🇮🇹

& introducing our traditional, from scratch lemonade— BUT COLD PRESSED. Canned up for the fun aesthetic & convenience of course. 🤤🍋

⚡️You also have the option to add a shot (or 2) of caffeine to your lemonade— our caffeine is tasteless, “clean-ish”, with natural ingredients— derived from green coffee beans.

Our salads are as big as your face & are a whole meal! They are 42oz of LOADED FRESHNESS. 🤘🏽
