These two aren’t just organized…they’re next-level, color-coded, mastermind organized. They juggle the schedule like it’s a high-stakes game of Tetris (or dungeons and dragons… **cough JS cough**), somehow maximizing clinical time, anticipating needs before they even exist, and making it all look effortless. Need help understanding insurance? They translate it like seasoned pros—turning confusion into clarity with the patience and the precision.
Behind the scenes, they’re the real magic. Thoughtful, insightful, meticulous to the tiniest detail—and always, always putting patients first. From remembering life moments to sending the sweetest personal touches, to curating the elite treasure chest lineup (seriously…kids spend the majority of their visit checking out the new goods and painstakingly decide which toy they get to choose this visit), they make every interaction feel meaningful.
They’re so much more than the friendly faces and voices you know—they’re the heartbeat, the brainpower, and the secret sauce all rolled into one. They push each other to accomplish tasks, meet goals, knock out to-do lists, help motivate our team and do it all while roasting each other in the most hilarious, yet caring way.
