Yesterday we celebrated the super special and super sweet, Haleigh!

Haleigh joined us while still in high school, stepping into an internship fresh out of assisting school—and if that doesn’t tell you everything about her drive and determination, nothing will. From day one, she’s brought an incredible work ethic, a fearless approach to challenges, and a hunger to learn that’s already made her a fantastic assistant in such a short time.

But what really makes Haleigh shine? It’s her people magic. She connects so naturally with patients and teammates, remembers the little details that matter, and always circles back to ask about them. It’s thoughtful, it’s genuine, and it’s so her. She’s kind, caring, a great listener, and always the first to jump in and help wherever needed.

We feel so lucky she chose to start her dental journey with us before heading to hygiene school—we already know she’s going to do big things.

Happy Birthday, Haleigh!! We hope this year is your best one yet—you deserve it all.

Cupid clearly had excellent timing this year.

Our hearts are so full with the excitement of the arrival of Lainey Brooke, born February 14th, to the wonderful Lisa and Matt! She was 7lbs 4oz and 20 inches of pure perfection. We are absolutely thrilled for their sweet family as they welcome their perfect baby girl. Big brother Luke and Dwight have officially been promoted to proud protectors, and we know they’re already doing an excellent job.

While the office isn’t quite the same without Lisa’s fun energy and unmistakable cackle echoing down the halls, we couldn’t be happier knowing she’s soaking up every minute of this special time with her newly expanded family.

Congratulations to the whole crew. We can’t wait to meet sweet Baby Lainey!

Today we celebrate the one, the only… Dr. Mike!

If you’ve ever met him, you know the deal: high energy, big personality and somehow by the end of your appointment you feel like you just hung out with a really good friend who also happens to be incredibly good at dentistry. Patients walk in as strangers and leave wondering how their dentist suddenly knows their life story. That’s the Dr. Mike effect.

He has an unbelievable ability to meet patients exactly where they are, helping them reach their own goals and build their best smile with care, patience, and a whole lot of encouragement. He’s not just an amazing dentist, he’s the kind of person who makes people genuinely excited to come back to the dentist… which honestly feels like a small miracle in itself.

Behind the scenes, he’s also an unreal boss and leader who has built a practice filled with positivity, teamwork, and a lot of laughter. We’re incredibly thankful for the culture he’s created and the community he continues to care for every single day.

We celebrated him a day early with açaí bowls from Juicology and decorated the office with some of our favorite memories with him. It was the perfect way to capture just a tiny glimpse of how much he means to this team.

But truthfully, there probably isn’t a big enough celebration to fully express how grateful we are for who he is and everything he does.

This week we celebrated our amazing assistants and EFDAs that are the dream team chairside AND behind the scenes!!

Happy Dental Assistant Week to the absolute very best assistants in the north, south, east AND west - Alyssa, Stefanie, Amanda and Haleigh! These four keep the restorative side running smoother than freshly polished enamel. They somehow have everything prepped, ready, and perfectly timed for Dr. Mike, often before he even asks, make temporaries so good that patients often think they are the real deal, flawlessly whip around the saliva ejector like it is an extension of your body and place restorations so perfect and beautiful that they are truly a work of art AND so much more!! From anticipating the next step to jumping in to help a teammate without hesitation, you make the entire day flow effortlessly.

But beyond the skill and organization, it’s the kindness, positivity, and constant laughter you bring to the office that makes our team so special. You care deeply for our patients, support each other endlessly, and somehow keep us all smiling even on the busiest days.

We love having a whole week dedicated to celebrating you… because the truth is, we’d celebrate you every week if we could.

Truly the dream team. Truly the best. And we are so thankful for each and every one of you.

Happy Happy Birthday to our dear Natalie!

Cool, calm, collected… and always ready with the perfectly timed hilarious comment that keeps the whole office laughing. Natalie is the kind of teammate everyone hopes for: dependable, positive, and always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. Simply put, she makes our days better.

Last year was one for the record books with becoming a mom to the sweetest Ellie Lou AND getting married. And somehow this next year is already shaping up to be just as exciting, though, with another little babe on the way!!

We are so lucky to have you on our team, Natalie. We love you and hope you had the best birthday ever. We can’t wait to see all the amazing things this next year brings for you and your growing family!

Earlier this week, we celebrated our wonderful Alyssa!! We weren’t just celebrating a birthday, but a truly phenomenal part of our team. Alyssa is a dental assistant extraordinaire! From her incredible way with kids (seriously, you make every visit fun and fearless!) to keeping our systems running smoothly and our office organized and spotless — you do it all with a smile.

Your energy is contagious, your vibe keeps us feeling young, cool, and hip, and your heart for others is unmatched. You’re always the first to jump in, lend a hand, and lift up your friends and coworkers. That kind of care and dedication can’t be taught — it’s just who you are.

We are beyond lucky to have you on our team and so grateful for everything you bring to our office each and every day. 🤍

Another year blinked by and somehow we’re already back to one of our favorite days of the year: the Annual Christmas Sweater Contest 🎄

As always, there’s a little friendly competition, a cash prize on the line, and the most coveted reward of all… bragging rights. The team showed up with some absolute standouts this year and now it’s your turn to weigh in.

Happy Birthday to the unforgettable and forever original, Lisa!

She brings the fun, the energy, and the unmistakable cackle to our office, while “Swift”ly yielding a scaler and floss as a phenomenal hygienist AND helping to keep our standards sky high to stay at the top of our game. She is fully in her “Mom Era” being her son’s biggest fan, Dwight’s devoted dog mom and doing a great job of growing baby #2.

Patients adore her, she is caring and kind, she has MANY signature catch phrases, laughter follows wherever she goes and our office simply wouldn’t be the same without her heart and humor. We know this next year will be an exciting one for her and can’t wait to watch her live out her Wi$h Li$t!
