Allwell Behavioral Health Services offers Primary Care Services.
Mental and physical health are equally important components of overall health. Mental illness, especially depression, increases the risk for many types of physical health problems, particularly long-lasting conditions like stroke, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease. By providing primary care in our buildings, people will get the care they need, when they need it, without experiencing the challenges of navigating two separate health care systems. The real-time collaboration between physical and mental health professionals significantly improves health outcomes.
Our primary care provider can perform well visits, diagnose symptoms, and prescribe medication to treat your acute or chronic conditions.

Abuse is any action by someone that's meant to intentionally harm you. There are several types of abuse: physical, sexual, substance, elder and psychological.
If you’ve suffered abuse, you may not want to talk about it because you’re worried about what other people might say. Those who are abused are often afraid others will judge them or think they deserved the abuse. These doubts and fears can stop you from moving forward and believing in a better future.

You’ll determine your own career path and set objectives to reach your goal. We’ll also help you look for the right job with job-seeking skills, job shadowing and hands-on help.
There is no time limit to these services, which means we’ll help you for as long as it takes. We’ll also help if you should lose a job in the future. Best of all, it’s free thanks to tax payer funding. If you receive state or federal entitlements, we’ll even counsel you on those benefits.
You’ll be trained in two to five days a week, followed by a two-week assessment and up to a year of supervised practice at the work center. You’ll be paid and receive benefits, including workers’ compensation and Social Security. (You must provide your own transportation to the center.)
C.O.R.E. provides services for those in paid training as well as those looking for regular employment in their community. C.O.R.E. has agreements with businesses in Allwell’s six-county region to train those enrolled in custodial and lawn care skills. Some training is provided at C.O.R.E.’s sheltered workshop in Zanesville.

Allwell Behavioral Health Services is a private, not-for-profit provider of comprehensive community mental health services in Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble and Perry counties.
Allwell was created in 2016 as a merger of Six County Inc. and Thompkins Treatment Inc. While Six County offered services to all ages, Thompkins Treatment specialized in youth aged 2 to 18. After conducting an analysis of our services, we determined that we could better serve our communities as a single entity.
The merger will improve access to our services, enhance our quality of care, and reduce costs. Together, we integrate mental and physical care to offer the hope of wellbeing for you and every member of your family.
Since the 1950’s, our services have expanded to meet the changing needs of our diverse communities. Because every client comes to us with unique values and problems, we mold our services to their needs to help them reach their full potential.
