Exciting yoga things upcoming for summer 🏄🏻♀️
•Kids Yoga Camp with runs June 1-4th for ages 4-11, 9:00-11:00am. Days are themed, so you can attend the entire week or drop-in on certain days! Please register ahead for all classes.
•Meditation with is scheduled weekly for the month of June 😍 This one-hour mindfulness meditation is broken into four 15-minute segments. She will start with a partially-guided meditation to connect breath and body, followed by an indoor walking meditation. You’ll wrap up with a lesson and a sharing circle to discuss what was discovered during the practice.
•Simmer and Soak on Thursday mornings is BACK for the summer! This has always been a studio favorite, and is the perfect person to bring this morning back to life ❤️🔥 It’s a heated mixture of vinyasa flow and yin poses to make for an experience that’s both challenging and refreshing/relaxing. It’s the perfect balance of yang & yin.
