Medical Home Primary Care Center would like to share an important change and a quick reminder for our patients:
💳 Self-Pay Pricing Update
Beginning in 2026, our self-pay rate will be $140 per visit.
🗂️ New Registration System Reminder
We have implemented a new registration system and will need a copy of your current insurance card at your visit.
Please bring your physical insurance card with you
If you only have a digital insurance card, please print it before your appointment
