Employee Spotlight: Adrian Largent, PT, DPT 🌟
Adrian is the newest physical therapist to join OAZ, and he brings a unique blend of athletic experience, research background and patient-centered care.

His path into physical therapy began after injuries cut his own athletic career short. That experience sparked his interest in helping others navigate both the physical and psychological sides of recovery. Before PT school, Adrian completed a master’s program in Kinesiology at Ohio State, where he researched the psychological aspects of injury and rehab in elite athletes.

What does he enjoy most about his work? Seeing patients progress from day one to the finish line. Helping them overcome obstacles. Watching confidence return. And yes, he admits his favorite moment is when a long-term rehab patient finally gets back to their sport.

Two pieces of advice he carries with him.
Be comfortable being uncomfortable.
Focus on what you can control.

A fun fact. Adrian was cast in Diddy’s Making the Band reboot in 2019–20 before COVID shut production down. Since then, he’s even turned down three Netflix casting opportunities, including The Circle and Love Is Blind.

If your hip pain just won’t go away, a labral tear may be the cause. The hip labrum is a ring of cartilage that cushions and stabilizes your hip joint. When torn, it can lead to:

⚠️ Sharp or deep hip pain
⚠️ Clicking, catching, or locking sensations
⚠️ Limited range of motion

Labral tears can result from sports, repetitive movements, or even structural issues in the hip.
