🌟 Employee Spotlight: Amanda Mills, RN, BSN, Clinic Manager 🌟

Amanda’s path into nursing started at a young age, helping care for her grandfather who had multiple sclerosis. That experience shaped her decision to pursue a career centered around helping others.

As a clinic manager, Amanda will tell you there’s no such thing as a “typical” day. She keeps the clinic running smoothly, supports her team, helps prepare patients for surgery, answers triage calls, and jumps in wherever needed to ensure patients receive the best care possible.

What she enjoys most is seeing both her team and patients thrive. From watching her team succeed across departments to seeing patients recover after surgery, those moments make the work especially meaningful.

Her favorite part of the OAZ culture is the all-hands-on-deck approach. From check-in to check-out, everyone works together to create a great patient experience.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys staying active with walking and Pilates, reading a good book, and spending time with her family, especially cozy nights on the couch watching their favorite shows.

A mindset she carries with her every day. Kindness is free, so sprinkle it everywhere.

We’re grateful to have Amanda leading and supporting our team!
