Caregiver of the month is our AMAZING Trinity!! We are so thankful to have a caregiver like her. Just today she stayed over after clocking out with her client, for a half hour so that she could continue to soothe her client and help get her mood up. She is very dedicated to ensuring our clients' needs and wants are met!
We need more Trinity's out there, taking care of our beloved clients. Trinity continues to go above and beyond even when it is extremely tough. Give her a high five, she deserves all the accolades!

Our caregivers are the backbone of our caregiving community. And we are so blessed to have the amazing caregivers that we do! Several that I want to mention first hand!
Ammie, Trinity, Corrine, Emilee, Mackenzie, Katrina, Jenna, Kadence, Kristan, Natoshia, Paul, Nyoka, Christopher, and Tiffany are just some of our commendable caregivers. Continually picking up shifts to ensure our beloved clients are seen. They go above and beyond for their clients and managers. We have had phenomenal turn around on weekend call offs and it is because we have SUCH a good core group of amazing, dedicated hard working caregivers!!

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving problems, helping people, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, strategic, and can think on your feet, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What we’re looking for:

✔ Strong strategic scheduling experience
✔ Ability to respond with urgency
✔ Someone with excellent common sense and decision-making skills
✔ A natural people helper who enjoys supporting both caregivers and clients
✔ Over-the-phone sales or service experience is a huge plus
✔ Hands-on leadership mindset with a strong can-do attitude
✔ Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and fast communication

In this role, you’ll be a key part of making sure our caregivers are where they need to be and our clients receive the care they deserve.
