We thank you for your sacrifice.

When you’ve got timing gates and need something to do. Why not measure acceleration during vault runs and watch Mallory coach. Times were very consistent. .haney11 .gymnastics

REMINDER: Taking care of your body isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency.

I see firsthand how powerful movement can be. Whether it’s strength training, lifting fundamentals, agility, or motor development, every bit counts—especially in the off-season.

This is where athletes are built. 💪

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to start, this is it. Start small. Stay consistent. And if you need guidance, I’m here to help you train smarter, move better, and come back stronger next season.

Let’s get to work. Text 220-203-1631

There is no excuse to skip in season strength and conditioning!!!!!! .softball.2028 and getting in a 90 minute training session the day after competing. Just keep the fatigue minimal with low reps and volume but keep the intensity high. They both are already having great seasons!!!

Today I want to recognize all the moms who do it all—early mornings, late nights, driving to practices, cheering from the sidelines, and somehow still making everything run smoothly at home.

Happy Mother's Day!

You make it all possible.

Happy World Athletics Day!

I have the privilege of working with athletes of all kinds —gymnasts, runners, wrestlers, and everything in between. No matter the sport, the goal is always the same: help each athlete move better, perform stronger, and stay healthy doing what they love.

Whether you're in-season, off-season, or just getting started, taking care of your boy is part of being a great athlete.

⬇️ Athletes—drop your sport in the comments and tell me what you’re training for right now!

One of the most commone questions I get: Should gymnasts prioritize strength and conditioning?

The simple answer is yes.

But here's the part that often gets overlooked...it shouldn't be random.

If you're throwing together circuts without a plan, you're leaving progress on the table. Real improvement comes from intentional programming. The right exercise selection, structured periodization, and consistent progressive overload.

That's how strength translates to performance.

With the competition season over, now is the perfect opportunity to dial this in. Now is the time to build on last season's foundation, address weaknesses, and come back stronger for the next season.
