Hey Zebulon, I need a favor.
Over the last few years at Functional Fitness 360, we’ve been refining a training system designed specifically for adults over 40.
This is not bootcamp.
This is not random circuits.
This is not “just sweat.”
It’s structured strength training designed to help you move better, build strength safely, and stay active for the long term.
Before we expand this system further, I’m looking for a small group of people from the local community who are willing to help us test the next expansion of our training system.
Here’s who this is for?
Adults 40+ who want to:
• build strength safely
• move better with fewer aches and flare-ups
• feel more confident in their body again
• train in a coached, structured environment.
If you’re open to committing to 4 weeks of training (2–3 sessions per week) and giving honest feedback as we continue refining the system, I’d like to invite a few people to participate.
We’re opening 7 spots for this.
