✨ Why I’m Inspired ✨

I’ve always believed in the incredible power of transformation 🌟. Helping busy professionals overcome struggles with their health and wellness isn’t just a goal for me—it’s a true passion ❤️.

Here’s a deeply personal story that reminds me why I do what I do:

A few years ago, I had a consultation with a client who was ready to start training again after enduring a year of unimaginable loss—she had just lost her child to cancer. We connected on a profound level because I had also recently lost Gabriel, who was born sleeping at 28 weeks.

She shared her fear of stepping into the training area and feeling overwhelmed and intimidated. I reassured her that we could start in the back room, where she’d feel more comfortable, and take things at her pace.

Within a few weeks, she surprised herself. We moved to the main floor, slamming balls, swinging kettlebells, and lifting weights in the free weight area.

Her transformation wasn’t about the number on the scale, even though that was her initial goal. It was about something much deeper—finding her smile again, regaining control over her body and mind, and rediscovering her strength.

Seeing her journey unfold reminded me that transformation isn’t about chasing a perfect weight, following the latest diet, or grinding through punishing workouts. It’s about your personal journey—from “I can’t do this” to “I CAN.”

We all have our own obstacles to face, but you don’t have to face them alone. My job is to walk alongside you as your guide, helping you navigate the ups and downs and celebrate every win along the way.

Are you feeling stuck?

Do you feel in state of unhelpful behavior patterns?

A state of puzzlement about how to fix things?

Negative thinking?

Overwhelmed by all the possible options?

Start by taking actions.

Taking small action is manageable.

If a 5 minute action is too much, it can be a 1-minute action, or a 10-second action (such as drinking a glass of water, taking a single flight of stairs, or swallowing a vitamin pill).

Here are some options of what a 5 minute action might look like.

• Book a physical therapy appointment
• Take a vitamin
• Go to bed 5 mins earlier
• Floss
• Meditate 5 mins
• Take a 5 minute walk
• Take 5 minutes stretching or foam rolling

If you don’t feel like working out start with a 5 minute stretch. Then ask yourself can I do something else for 5 minutes, like a set of planks. Keep doing this until
1. You have completed a workout or
2. You done more than you had originally planned.

So, start taking action today and motivation will follow and so will the results.
