There are so many people up in arms about the decrease in vaccine requirements.
No matter how you feel, take a minute to read this and get educated, please!
We’re going to talk a little bit about viruses.
I did this at the very beginning of the Covid chaos back in 2020, but it’s time to revisit. Just note, this information applies to any kind of virus… Flu, Covid, HIV, etc..
A virus is not the same in any way, shape or form as other pathogens such as bacteria, parasites and fungus. All of those are alive and can replicate and grow.
A virus is not a living thing.
A virus is essentially cellular debris.
It’s cell poop💩.
A virus becomes a threat because it seeks out weak cells in your body and attaches and tries to infiltrate your healthy cells and then replicate after encoding their damaged DNA.
So if the cells in your body are healthy and strong, a virus is not a threat. YES, IT IS THAT SIMPLE.
It is when your cells are weak that you become susceptible to expressing symptoms of having a virus.
You cannot kill a virus!
Why?
Because a virus is not a living thing.
So anytime you take medicine to get rid of a virus. All it does is create chaos inside your body.
And there is not a “medicine“ that creates cellular health. That all comes from food and nature.
So what’s the best way to handle a virus?
First and foremost, be proactive and make sure that your cells are healthy and strong so there isn’t a target for the virus debris to land on.
Second, We are currently in a season where people are getting sick after the holidays.
Do everything that you can to build up your cell function after a couple of weeks even months… Of overindulging in the types of food and drink and activity that wear your body down and damage the cells.
I had a friend reach out today saying that she spends her days taking care of someone who just got Covid. My friend is leaving in 12 days to travel and wants to make sure she stays healthy.
So, My response was to use a cellular complex support. Sure, immune system support can be helpful too. But foundationally, your cells need the strength and support because a viral infection is a cellular response more so than an immune system response. 
We have many different products here in the office that all accomplish the support, so ask the doc you see at your next appointment what would be most helpful to keep in the house and/or to take regularly!
SO… what are things that you can do to keep yourselves healthy?
💜 GET adequate sleep
🩵 DRINK a minimum of half your body weight in ounces of water
❤️ MOVE your body… Go for walks, yoga, strength training, etc
💚 EAT real food… God‘s food… Produce and animal products… The less packaged food the better off you are
💛 CALM and decrease your stress levels in whatever way works best for you
🧡 GO outside! Fresh air is so incredibly important. Yes I know the weather in Michigan is miserable, but bundle up appropriately and your body will thank you.
💙GET adjusted! Keeping your body in alignment keeps your nervous system steady and allows everything to function better including your immune system and cellular response to threats! 
So, closing the circle back to the decrease in number of vaccine requirements… They simply aren’t needed. Those pokes do not produce cellular health and vitality. They inject the body with a myriad of toxins and actually introduce viral particles to your body. It gives your body something that it needs to be protected from.
