🚽Did you know that our occupational therapists work on toileting? Whether you are starting potty training with your child, having challenges with bladder control, or challenges with bowel movement control, our therapists can help! A few tips to utilize are: Position feet on a solid surface (step stool, stack of books, etc.). Stop drinking water 1-2 hours before bed. Create a calm environment to help decrease feelings of anxiety surrounding toileting. Opt for clothing that is easy to take on and off. Reach out to a therapist for more ideas!

✈️ Did you know we have two Kelseys here at Engage? Meet Kelsey L! Kelsey is one of our occupational therapists and goes above and beyond in providing expert education and practical advice to clients and families every day. Fun facts, Kelsey loves baking, gardening, and being outside with her dog, Waldo. On the weekend, you can often find her up in the air flying around west Michigan with her husband, who is a pilot.
