Happy New Year Everyone! We hope everyone takes time to reflect and learn from this past year but not to beat ourselves up if we fell short at times. We are all human and we all have flaws and despite what social media shows, No One, and I mean NO ONE is perfect. All we can do is hopefully learn and do a little bit better next time. I truly hope everyone sets small, reasonable health goals for the new year. Consistency is where the magic lies and we truly don’t have anything if we don’t have our health. Consistently improving the foundations of sleep, nutrition, strength and movement, stress management, and getting out into nature will always beat chasing bio-hacks and fads. (I am deeply connected to my Western Pa blue collar roots…nothing beats good old fashioned, not trendy work.)

Ps. We have not raised fees in 4 years. So here are the new fees going into 2026.
Chiropractic New Patient visit is remaining 80$. 30 min session will be 50$. Bundle of 6 30min sessions 270$. 30min massage 50$, 60min massage 90$ and 90min massage 130$.

Merry Christmas Everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful sunny Christmas day with the people and pets you love to be with and you found time to move a little. Remember, it’s great for digestion to go for a walk after eating! I think I’ve heard it called a fart walk. lol

We will be back in the office Monday, Tuesday and Friday next week.

Just want to give everyone a heads up especially if you have been meaning to get in…I will be out of the office from Friday July 4th until Sunday July 13th. I’ll be back to normal hours Monday July 14th. Time for some much needed R and R.

Merry Christmas Everyone! Just a quick announcement of days available with the holidays coming up. Liv will be in Monday the 23rd. Dr Ed is in the 26th, 27th and in the morning the 28th but it pretty booked up. We are both in Monday the 30th and have openings and then we are closed for New Year’s Eve and Day and then back in January 2nd and 3rd. We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday and safe travels!

So true…a lot of money is spent to make you think/believe otherwise. Is there a time and place for more aggressive life saving medical interventions? Of course there are, but the foundations of being healthy, adaptable and anti fragile will never change. And the further we get away from nature, the more helpful it will and can be. It’s already happening but I think there will be a greater resurgence of people needing and being prescribed to get into nature like had happened during the Industrial Revolution when there was so much pollution, noise and sanitation issues but instead it’s bc of electronics/devices/social media/news, unnatural light, stress, etc. So many variables have changed so drastically and quickly and we truly didn’t know how it would affect us…but now a couple generations out from the drastic change in culture from what our great or great great grandparents had, we are seeing it. It’s both the easiest time to be alive and in some ways the hardest.

It’s going to be a beautiful fall weekend this weekend, if you know me, you know I wish for you to be out there soaking it in, breathing, maybe barefoot a little, and being grateful. I know I plan on mowing grass, chopping firewood, hunting, and being very appreciative for life.

Just an early heads up! My older daughter is graduating High School and we are doing a big family trip out West for her graduation; the kids have never been out West, so we are super excited for them to see it! So, I will be in the office Monday June 3rd, Tuesday 4th and Wednesday the 5th and then I’m gone Thursday June 6th until Tuesday June 18th. First day back in the office will be Wednesday June 19th. Of course, my excellent massage therapists Liv and Heather will be here holding down the fort should you need some work or supplements!
