We all have choices to make. Be mindful of those choices. I’m not saying you’re “ wrong “ for choosing the candy. However, what I’m saying is understand what you are eating, and how it will affect your body.

I can assure you that the tangerine 🍊 will be more filling than the candy; ultimately causing you to eat less food because it has more volume (size) to it. Not to mention it’s more nutrient dense. If lean gains, and losing body fat is your goal, then you will want to limit your candy intake, and seek more filling foods.

No, I’m not picking on candy 😆 I actually ate both, the tangerine and candy. Nevertheless, I understood what I could afford to eat in that moment, so that it would not cause a negative impact on my physique.

The right mixture is key. Too many carbs and you spill over. Too little of carbs and you look flat, or muscle are not as full. However, being in the range of the right amount, will yield muscle mass, and definition once you are lean enough. Protein is obviously a no brainer, but many people sleep on the powerful effects of carbohydrates. At “ The Transition, “ we focus on all aspects to help present the best you!
