When I wrote my business plan years ago, this scripture was my foundation.

I knew I wanted to effect lives through fitness. But, I also knew that you could have 6 pack abs and still be empty on the inside.

This year as you set your goals, be intentional about prioritizing your walk with God.

The truth is a new year can be promising yet scary at the same time. But if you are anchored in the LORD, you can make it through anything.

My continual prayer for you this year is that you will prosper in health, even as your soul prospers.

Take care of your temple, take care of your soul!
