We have officially reached those harsh, cold months of the year! Our office is now offering a 3 month unlimited sauna package for $50 a MONTH! It includes unlimited usage of our new infrared sauna (durring office hours), a free water bottle and a LMNT stick every session. Help us give a warm welcome to our Chiropractic Intern, James! 🥼✨

James is currently in his final trimester at Palmer College of Chiropractic and completing his preceptorship at Foundations Chiropractic. Originally from Indiana, he earned his degree in Exercise Science from the University of Indianapolis. His lifelong passion for understanding how the human body functions and moves has shaped his career path.

Before pursuing his Doctorate of Chiropractic, James worked as a personal trainer and later opened his own training studio. He enjoys helping patients relieve muscle tension and reduce overall stiffness and soreness through chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, and mobility exercises. His primary goal is to enhance each patient’s quality of life by improving how they move and feel.

James is thrilled to be part of the Foundations Chiropractic team and looks forward to getting to know patients and supporting them on their journey to better health!
