Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, or LCSW to join our team. In this role, you will:
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients of all ages.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care to clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Work in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, and community-based programs.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices.
• Ideal candidates will have training and experience in evidence-based practices such as EMDR, DBT, ACT, CBT, couples therapy, group therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. We particularly encourage applications from therapists with expertise in working with children, adolescents, and couples.

Responsibilities
• Perform psychological and neuropsychological assessments, ensuring clients and families understand the diagnosis and treatment recommendations if applicable.
• Adapt clinical processes to meet the evolving needs of clients while maintaining a positive, resilient approach to care.
• Deliver precise assessments and provide actionable treatment recommendations aligned with our core values of diversity, strength-based approach, and connectedness.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and client progress, adhering to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Qualifications
• Education & Licensure: Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Proficient in administering and interpreting psychological/neuropsychological assessments.
• Skilled in delivering high-quality clinical psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, compassionate feedback to clients, families, and teams.
