Watch the series, “Beyond Psychology” on my Instagram wall to learn more about Fear of Rejection. I’ve only posted part 1. Stay tuned for parts 2 and 3.

When you’re alone, you hear many voices... but the only one that truly matters is yours 🙏💫 Tune out the noise, tune in to your own frequency. Here’s how:

✨ Spend time with yourself
✨ Practice self-compassion
✨ Be your own best friend

Accept yourself, love yourself, and listen to your kind self. Rejection might still sting, but it won’t define you 💪 ”

We've all been trained really early on to "put on a smile" or to "hide our problems from our friends because they can't be trusted", or not to "air our dirty laundry in public". I agree it's important to spread optimism in society but isn't it also important to be "REAL" in spaces that feel safe. What if you asked someone how they were feeling, and they replied, "Hmmm, I'm nervous because I have an upcoming job interview". Instead of judging the other person, we empathized with them. I'm not talking about revealing your secrets in public or over sharing. I'm talking about NOT pretending to be FAKE ! How would that impact the excessive perfectionism we impose on ourselves? How would that influence one's social anxiety? Most importantly, loneliness. Or this feeling that I'm the only one who's been dealt a bad set of cards.

Being a therapist has humbled me to realize that we are all struggling and happy in our own ways. No one is exempt from problems and no one is PERFECT. ❤️ ❣️

🚨 New Workshop Alert: “Coping With a Difficult Manager” 🚨
Because your paycheck shouldn't cost your peace of mind.

Let’s be real — sometimes, the hardest part of your job isn’t the workload.
It’s the person assigning it.

If you’ve ever:
✅ Doubted yourself after a one-on-one and perceived your appraisal and yearly review to be unfair, biased, and limiting ?
✅ Experienced hostile interactions that minimize and discount your potential ?
✅ Questioned whether it’s you (spoiler: it’s not) and found yourself in a repetitive pattern or felt stuck in your role ?
✅ Have had an unfair amount of work assigned to you with no sense of appreciation or felt unvalued ?

If you answered yes, then this workshop may be your answer.

On September 5 at 12 PM EST / 9:30 PM IST, I’ll be co-hosting a 90-minute workshop with the incredible [Namrata Das] — a hypnotherapist and NLP expert — where we’ll break down:

🔹 How to regulate emotions around difficult managers ?
🔹 Tools for emotional regulation at work so you can keep cool during a storm.
🔹 How to set boundaries without burning bridges.
🔹 What to do when quitting isn’t an option (yet)
🔹 And how to protect your peace starting Monday morning

✨ This isn’t just another “communication skills” webinar. We will be providing practical tools and worksheets from Cognitive Behavior Therapy(CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy(ACT), and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).

There are three types of individuals within relationships - Givers and receivers.

Then, there are those who drain your energy. 🙏🏽

Watch within yourself to see any shift in energy while interacting with others. Limit your time and prioritize your relationships. Find a balance with giving and be aware of the depletion of your energy. I've found silence to be a great way to recharge yourself. Protect your boundaries and find a healthy balance that works for you.

Trauma can leave an indelible mark on our lives, making it feel like we’re stuck in a never-ending cycle of pain and suffering.

Being stuck in trauma can manifest in various ways, such as:
- Emotional numbness or intense feelings
- Flashbacks or nightmares
- Avoidance of triggers or memories
- Difficulty forming healthy relationships
- Feelings of shame, guilt, or self-blame

So, if you find yourself stuck, know this :

Victory isn’t always about winning. It’s about how you carry yourself through the struggle. Change your story. Find your power.

✨ You can’t control everything life throws at you. But you can control how you let it shape you. ✨

Life has a way of testing us — with setbacks, challenges, and storms. But here's the truth: You don’t have to let those moments break you.

💫 You can be transformed by them.

💥 But you will never be reduced by them.

You are like a tree that bends in the storm, but NEVER breaks. 🌳 You are like a sculptor shaping your own masterpiece from the raw material of your life. 🛠️

You don’t have to be reduced by your struggles. You can learn from them, grow through them, and come out stronger 🌟

Don't allow anyone else define you and your worth.

Here are a few ways to stay resilient when times get tough:

Take it one step at a time. 🚶‍♀️ Focus on small actions, not the big picture. Little wins can build momentum.

Stay connected. 🤝 Lean on your support system. Talk to someone who can listen or offer perspective.

Practice self-compassion. ❤️ Be kind to yourself. You're doing the best you can, and that’s enough.

Remember, resilience isn’t about being perfect

Keep going.
