Transformation Tuesday! Kirk Bailey started training at Exercise Inc in 2018. After training with us for a while, Kirk joined another gym to train on his own. Over time his results faded—his weight came back and his energy and strength slipped away. In September 2024 Kirk decided to return to Exercise Inc.
Following our Simple 9 program has made living healthier easier. In the past year Kirk has lost 57 pounds.
Kirk's muscles and strength have grown because of our 20 Minute Once A Week workout. Something as simple as putting on pants is easier because his balance and stability has improved so much.
Most importantly, Kirk came back to our program because of his granddaughter. She loves to play and ride on his shoulders. He didn't want to miss that joy, and Exercise Inc has given him the strength and energy to keep up with her.
Kirk is excited for the future, and so thankful to his trainer Kyle Morrison for his guidance and support every step of the way.
