Hi, I’m Marhia, a Licensed Massage Therapist and devoted teacher of the healing arts. For over a decade, I’ve worked hands-on with clients and trained massage therapists who now practice in some of the most luxurious spas.

If you haven’t received a massage from me, you’ve likely been touched by one of my students. Teaching and guiding future therapists is my passion, and Massage Maven is where my own hands and heart come fully alive.

Celebrate your gal pals in this soul-nourishing Yomassage class at WellnessHaven.

YoMassage combines yoga and massage therapy, founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to therapeutic touch. Our classes allow clients to receive this touch in a small group setting, fully clothed, and in a safe environment, all at an accessible rate.

The "Yo" in YoMassage reflects yoga principles, focusing on breath awareness and self-reflection. Led by Marhia, a licensed massage therapist and certified YoMassage practitioner, each session includes comfortable positions held for 5 to 10 minutes, complemented by breathwork and mindfulness exercises, as Marhia massages each participant.

By the end of the class, you'll enjoy a full-body massage and a deep state of relaxation in a warm atmosphere with mood lighting and soft music. Everything needed for the session is provided, and classes are suitable for all levels, with no prior experience required.
