Every 1–2 years, Dr. Thomas hosts a special photoshoot here at Visionelle Eyecare to feature in our window displays, frame boards, and throughout our office. What makes it so unique? We use our amazing, supportive patients as our models! 💙 We truly couldn’t do this without you.

The Time To Start Preparing For Back To School Is Now

If I suddenly told you that you were color blind and everything you knew about colors were wrong, your mind would be blown. You wouldn’t even be able to explain what you see in reference to what everyone else sees because you don’t know anything other than the vision you have always had.

This scenario happens everyday with children. Parents will ask them if they can see and they will say yes all while squinting to see the board, avoiding reading because it causes headaches and even in the midst of ADHD diagnosis because their little eyes can’t figure our how to work well together. They have no experience to draw from so they cannot tell you that things are blurry or uncomfortable. Trust us to figure this out for you by setting up an examination now for a yearly comprehensive exam for your kiddo. Unlike a school exam, which only check for distance vision, we check near vision, how well the eyes are working together as a team and the overall health of the eyes.

We see babies as young as 6 months old, as well as patients with dry eyes, computer vision syndrome, health issues like glaucoma, diabetic eye disease and cataracts. All in a luxury and welcoming environment. Come visit us for your next eye exam!
