The Time To Start Preparing For Back To School Is Now
If I suddenly told you that you were color blind and everything you knew about colors were wrong, your mind would be blown. You wouldn’t even be able to explain what you see in reference to what everyone else sees because you don’t know anything other than the vision you have always had.
This scenario happens everyday with children. Parents will ask them if they can see and they will say yes all while squinting to see the board, avoiding reading because it causes headaches and even in the midst of ADHD diagnosis because their little eyes can’t figure our how to work well together. They have no experience to draw from so they cannot tell you that things are blurry or uncomfortable.
