The results are worth the wait. 👃

In the first week, patients can expect swelling, bruising, and having external and possibly internal splints in place. By the second week, the splints are removed, bruising fades, and swelling begins to improve. Over the next several months, swelling continues to resolve, though the nasal tip is always the last area to refine. Final results truly do take up to a year, but changes are very subtle after 6 months and most patients start feeling confident with their new look far sooner.

3 month rhinoplasty results! 🔥 This handsome patient came to me with significant longstanding difficulty breathing which worsened after nasal trauma. Along with breathing improvement, there were also some refinements to the external contour that we wished to achieve. Through a structural open rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and nasal valve repair, I was able to open the internal nasal airway while also straightening and refining the nasal contour for a natural, balanced result.

He and his family are truly some of the kindest and most wonderful people, and it has been such a joy and privilege to be part of improving his quality of life. 🤍 I am so glad he is past the more “active” part of healing and onto this procedure becoming a distant memory! Cases like this remind me why I love what I do. ❤️

I believe the more my patients know, the more confident and comfortable they feel about their journey. ✨

A facelift isn’t just about tightening the skin. The procedure lifts the deeper layers of the face, which allows us to restore natural structure and youthful contours that simply pulling the skin can’t achieve. Surgery should enhance and restore your features, not make you look different or unnatural.

I determine whether patients are good candidates based on their anatomy and goals, rather than their age. Finally, I almost always hear that recovery was much easier than anticipated! Generally, after 2 weeks, patients are getting back to their usual schedules, knowing that swelling will continue to subside and incisions will continue to blend.

An undeniably beautiful transformation and person. 💫This lovely and kind patient underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift and is absolutely radiant at ~ 5 months post-op. These procedures rejuvenate by lifting and repositioning the deep facial and neck structures, restoring youthful contours without relying on tightness at the skin surface. This technique allows for the most natural, long-lasting result, with improvement along the jawline, neck and midface.

Recovery is often quicker and easier than many expect: patients are generally up and about around the house the first week, feeling great the second week, and looking great by the third week. While bruising and swelling take time to fully resolve, and results take a full year to be complete, there is very little actual downtime.
