Navigating fire horse energies with ease, tip number 8. Clearing clutter from your physical space will help your mental space feel cleaner too. I know it’s so easy for those areas of clutter to pile up around the house, but try tackling them one at a time. I personally notice a big difference when I do this.

Navigating fire horse energies with ease, tip number 7. A warm foot bath is a classic Traditional Chinese Medicine self-care ritual. Beyond being comfortable and relaxing, the benefits are vast. All of the acupuncture meridians start or end at the feet, so this strongly boosts Qi flow (essentially circulation) throughout the whole body.

These foot baths are traditionally done with added herbs to the water for extra benefits. But you can keep it simple with some basic household ingredients. Try these add-ons for extra benefit:

🫚 Ginger - to warm the body and ease aches & pains
💤 Epsom salt - to soothe sore muscles, alleviate constipation, and improve sleep
🦶 Vinegar - to enhance circulation, improve foot odor, and prevent fungal infections
🍋 Lemon juice - to naturally exfoliate to remove calluses

And don’t forget that the foods you eat can also be hydrating - think soups & stews, steamed veggies, juicy fruits, and veggies like cucumber & spinach.

Sometimes we need to just let loose and experience life like a child, carefree and light. Put down all the burdens for awhile and remember the joys of a happy heart.

Moderation is key here - too much red and you’ll end up adding fire to fire. We’re not trying to tip the scales into overwhelming fire, just enough to signal alignment. So keep it simple with just a splash of red here and there.

Navigate the fire horse energies with ease, tip number 3. How are your relationships right now? Some people are noticing extra friction with people or situations that used to flow fine. This doesn’t mean that anything is necessarily wrong, but it might be time to reevaluate your own needs within the relationship. Take some time to consider what about the dynamic is bothering you, and see if you can set a boundary around your needs. This is the most loving thing you can do for yourself and anyone else involved, and will hopefully help maintain your own energy, as well as save the integrity of the relationship.

Navigate the fire horse energies with ease, tip #2. When a fire is left to run wild, it will cause damage everywhere it goes. When the flames are flitting this way and that, it can feel unruly and unmanageable. None of this makes fire bad, we just need to learn how to contain it. Then it becomes incredibly useful.

It’s the same with the energies in our lives right now. If we learn to harness our internal fire, we can become powerful agents of change and growth. By creating an organization system to hold our ideas, we make space for them to flourish.
