Your eye muscles are designed to move your eyes in all directions, so crossing them temporarily won’t make them stay that way.
Crossed eyes (also called strabismus) are usually caused by things like vision problems, muscle or nerve issues, or certain health conditions - not from making silly faces.
If you ever notice eyes that appear constantly crossed or misaligned, it’s important to schedule an eye exam to determine the cause. 👓
