🍂 Fall Yoga Classes!! 🍂
Update: Here’s where to find me. My fitness classes are beginner to intermediate yoga hatha/vinyasa based. I create an emphasis on holistic, intuitive guided movement and finding peace and stillness in the fluctuating thoughts of the mind.
Using pranayama, kriyas, mudras, mantras, etc helps evolve yoga into a mindfulness practice that relates back to ageless traditions while creatively engaging new methods to improve overall health and well-being into one’s lifestyle. Learning simple exercises like these improve and strengthen body, mind and soul.
Depending on seasons and using natural elements linked to astrological shifts, allows me to curate the best experience for my students. Most of my class sizes are catered to small groups providing focus and individualized attention.
