Cancer Season. Yuck. Would not recommend. Would rate zero out of 5 stars if I could.
Mostly kidding. Kind of. Cancer season was a whirl wind of deep cleaning an old library, painting, moving, and being surrounded by people I love and who love me. I am so grateful. 💜
RIP to my bestie for the last 10 years. I will miss howling with you.

Not pictured, the total fu***ng insanity of our government. The focus: finding the medicine in the magical people around you, the earth, and the soul of life. One of my deepest embraces this year is “laughter as a disruptor” and it’s been a salvation.

Back from Shewolf Retreat! Feeling invigorated, refreshed and ready to twerk my way into what’s next. So much love for this year’s pack of wolf sisters. You were generous, loving, hilarious, deeply compassionate, crafty and at times- crude. I loved every second of it. Cheers Wildwomen. Thank you for reviving my spirit.

Some very fiery card pulls are going to be joining us on SHEWOLF Retreat this year! I pull a card for each retreat-goer in advance and for this retreat I utilize Animal Spirit Oracle deck. I’ve alway been curious to see when the wolf would grace us with her presence. This is her year! 🤩
