Hurmatli hamkasblar, ustozlar, talabalar va barcha do‘stlar!
✅O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining tegishli qaroriga muvofiq, Toshkent axborot texnologiyalari universiteti Urganch filiali 2025/2026 o‘quv yilidan boshlab Urganch davlat universiteti tarkibiga qo‘shiladi.
📌 Ayni paytda bu jarayon tizimli va bosqichma-bosqich amalga oshirilmoqda hamda 1 sentyabrga qadar to‘liq yakunlanishi belgilangan.
Shuni alohida ta’kidlamoqchiman-ki, ushbu institutsional o‘zgarish:
filialning barcha majburiyatlari va akademik vazifalarini UrDUga uzluksiz o‘tkazishni nazarda tutadi;
talabalar va xodimlar uchun huquqiy, akademik va ijtimoiy kafolatlarni ta’minlaydi;
xalqaro hamkorlikdagi barcha yo‘nalishlar (Erasmus+, ilmiy loyihalar) uzluksiz davom etadi.
Aksincha, ushbu yangilik — joylardagi salohiyatni birlashtirish orqali Xorazm mintaqasida axborot texnologiyalari sohasidagi ta’lim va ilmiy salohiyatni yanada mustahkamlash uchun katta imkoniyatlar yaratadi, degan umiddaman.
Hamkorlarimiz, talabalarimiz va jamoamiz bilan birgalikda bu yangi bosqichni muvaffaqiyatli boshlab, rivojlantirish uchun harakatda bo‘lamiz.
Siz bilan hamkorlikda ishlaganimdan xursandman!

Dear colleagues, students, and friends,
✅In accordance with the relevant decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, starting from the 2025/2026 academic year, the Urgench branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies will be integrated into Urgench State University.
📌 At present, this process is being carried out in a systematic and gradual manner and is planned to be fully completed by September 1.
I would like to emphasize that this institutional change:
Provides for the seamless transfer of all obligations and academic responsibilities of the branch to UrSU;
Ensures legal, academic, and social guarantees for students and staff;
Guarantees the uninterrupted continuation of all areas of international cooperation (Erasmus+, scientific projects).
On the contrary, I believe that this development will create great opportunities to further strengthen the educational and scientific potential in the field of information technology in the Khorezm region by consolidating local capacities.
Together with our partners, students, and team, we will work to successfully launch and develop this new stage.
