Our addictive behaviors come from an unsatisfied need, the lack of supportive system that tries to regulates in a healthy way but turns into an action that produces inmediate pleasure, the dopamina effect.
We all have something in some way, some can control it better than others, but we can start by identifying it.
Addiction can also be to rejection, sugar, coffee, rapé, mambe, work, s*x, social media, etc. is not just about drugs, it goes beyond that. The roott comes from a feeling, a memory, a disagreetment with yourself and insatiafaction with that expectation.

The importance of improving our capacity to empathize with one and other is to show care for our loved ones, the essence of becoming a better human being, where the Universe is taking all of us to.
Sympathy actually comes from a negative Ego state, and how the majority of our ancestors believed was the best way, but EMPATHY takes you to actual connection, where is not where you want the person to be, but meet them whey they are, and be there for them. Not rescuing them, not making it a habit, but unselfishly being for the other person. Thats support.
There is not much to say when grief is around. We all die in many ways.
Just sending a big hug to everyone has suffered death from something or someone part of themselves. It's always hard, no easy way.

As we speak, Adiwa Curriculum is being built, based on activities that promote creativity to incentivize autonomy. We have discovered that part of knowing yourself is knowing what you are really good at and catches your curiosity over many things you can focus on. By allowing yourself to knowing different skills like pottery making, you can know more of that creative side of you, plus many things about pottery that helps you go through in the process.
We inplement the concept of "mastery", a relational concept that involves leadership through example, building a connection and that to possibly incentivize curiosity.

Only for those really paying attention...
We learn the most by humblingly observing, not by showing what we think we know.
The East is for enlightenment, the truth and understanding.
The South is where we begin our medicine walk, where the grass starts to grow. New ideas and new born of consciousness
The West is where we find answer to our most difficulties, the darkness, the quiet and our dreams.
The North, is the future, place of knowledge and intelect, where answers can be found with respect.
The Sky represents the Spiritual world, where we find the ancestors that lived long before us, where we find insight and guidance
The Earth is also the place for spirits, where we find mistery and our animal power.
The Within represents our own connection with everything and god, where we leave our hardships behind to connect with our heart.
And to connect we have to stay still...
