Have you wondered why you feel depleted, creative or joyful? All matter and physiological processes such as thoughts, beliefs and attitudes are composed of energy. Every part of our human body is composed of energy as well as every atom, cell and tissue.

There are seven energy centers in our body called the chakras, meaning “wheel” in Sanskrit, and when balanced and open, energy can flow through them bringing harmony between the physical, body, mind and spirit.

Join us for a 7-day yoga challenge to explore each chakra, how to balance them and have a positive impact on our physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health!

The Koshas are the 5 energetic layers of our bodies which surround the soul… the essence of who and what we are.

We invite you to embark on a yogic journey through the Koshas, beginning with the outermost physical layer, as we find ways in this challenge to enhance our awareness of each kosha.
We will uncover new depths of ourselves as we gently and mindfully peel back the layers and reach our Anandamaya Kosha …. our Bliss 💓
As we learn to let go of our perceived identity or ego we can connect with our true selves enabling us to experience glimpses of pure bliss and joy through our yoga practice.
We will spend a few days connecting with, becoming aware of and uncovering each Kosha using asanas, breath, movement and meditation. We hope you will join us on this exciting multidimensional adventure through ourselves 💫

Doshas in ayurveda refers to our 9⁹(5 and mental constitution, which influence our personal well-being. Every individual is made of pitta, Kapha or vata and mostly combination of two or three and these are the life energies behind all of our bodily functions. Knowing ours can help us maintain balance through seasonal changes for lasting health and peace of mind. Let us find ways to balance it through our yoga practice

Day 1-pitta dosha -any pose which is calm like tree or butterfly
Day 2- kapha Dosha- any pose that opens the chest like camel or wheel
Day 3-Vata dosha-any pose which compresses your abdomen like uttanasana, paschimuttansana
Day 4-Tridoshic- any pose like downdog. Sarvangasana or setubandh asana
Day 4-yogis choice of Asana
