If there's a position I don't feel comfortable with, it's in Forward Bend foot poses like Uttanasana... I've come a long way but I still can't feel good in it... I think a lot 🙈

With this last pose we close this Ying Yoga Challenger... at some point I felt a certain aversion to this practice because in the first minutes of permanence it filled me with anxiety, but then it taught me to control it ❀

Tipo de pose: Equilibrio de pie con una sola pierna.
Lo bonito de lo simple ... a mi.me encanta también la sencillez de las posturas... todo depende de como esté de energía en el día ❀

Es excelente para trabajar equilibrio y si la quieren más desafiante. inténtelo sobre un bloque y den movilidad a la cadera con la pierna flexionada 😜

✹ How does this pose affect or change your perspective?

The inversions, especially the headstand, give me greater peace of mind by managing to maintain a stable line and pausing my breath.

For this challenge I dared to do a pincha mayurasana with support, it was quite a challenge but little by little I am overcoming the fear that this position causes me to fall backwards.
