STAMP TECHNIQUE
1. A stamp was made with application of gingival barrier on the intact occlusal surface
of tooth. A tip of microbrush was cut which acted as handle, followed by polymerization through light curing for making the stamp.
2. Carious lesion was removed completely.
3. Etching was done using the selective etch technique with 37% orthophosphoric acid (etch 37, Bisco)
4. rinsing (after this step we must eliminate the humidity excess with our high pressure suction)
5. Bond, this Being one of the most important steps for all our restoration (all Bond universal, Bisco) was applied and light cured for 20 seconds.
6. restoration of composite (Tetric
N ceram bulk fill, Ivoclar vivadent)
7. A piece of Teflon tape was laid on the
occlusal surface. Then the microbrush occlusal stamp was sealed in place over the tape and
later it was removed. The excess material was removed and polymerization of composite was done
8. Recreation of natural characteristics of the molar (lite art, Shofu)
9. Minimal finishing and polishing was done using Soflex Spiral Wheeel (3M-ESPE) and astrobush (Ivoclar vivadent). Thanks a lot for the help with my crazy photo inventions
