Sound influences us everyday....the birds, the breeze, the laughter of children, the traffic on our road, our favorite music, the crashing of the waves at sea. Nature sounds are very healing, bringing to us a high creation vibration, even when the sounds are very soft. Sitting in nature is one way of taking a sound bath, allowing our cells to immerse in creations energy to change the way we feel.☺️What sounds do you notice the most in your day?
