The Virgin Islands Department of Health wishes to advise the public that the GEPA Section 427 Form and FFY 2025 Grant Application for funds under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) is available for review in both districts for 60 days starting March 17, 2025, ending May 17, 2025. There is an opportunity for public comments for 30 days, beginning April 1, 2025, ending April 30, 2025. The application will be available for review at the following locations.
On St. Thomas in the Infants and Toddlers Program conference room on the first level of the MCH building located at 3241 Estate Contant Suite #7.
On St. John at the DeCastro Clinic located in Cruz Bay.
On St. Croix in the Infants and Toddlers Program located in the Charles Harwood Modular Complex #6.
