Join us Saturday & Sunday May 17-18 2025, for a powerful children's yoga teacher training and help us take meditation and mindfulness into our local public schools!

We offered this training in 2020 and graduated 20+ amazing teachers who went on to share the practice of yoga in elementary, middle and high schools island wide. This year we invited Lisa of Ohana Rising Yoga School back to share another 16hr kids yoga teacher training with us.

Time:
May 17 Saturday 10am-6pm and
May 18 Sunday 10am-6pm.
Deposit: $50, with final payment ($200) or signed scholarship agreement by May 16

We have many scholarships available if you'd like a significant price decrease in exchange for teaching in our school programs.

Tomorrow Saturday 9/21 from 11:30-2pm at Breathe Yoga Studio we will be hosting a clothing swap for Women, Men and Children's clothing! Also accepting gently loved house hold goods, with all remaining items going to Fostering Love, Inc. - a new non-profit that redistributes goods to those in need (Nana Baby Home, Schneider Hospital, Family Resource Center, etc...). You can learn more about them through their page and website. Come join us for a good cause and to exchange/donate your clothing! ✨

Tomorrow: we have ashtanga at 7:30am and Afro Latin dance 10:15 followed by a special artisans market and fundraiser for an incredible community member Jahweh who needs our support. Take a class and mosey on over to barefoot buddha for music, a raffle where you can win Breathe classes, artisan booths and more 💛
