Hearing aid fitting and the first 2 months of follow-up appointments are included.** Any additional care/services/visits/tests will be at the expense of the winner. 4. Winner will be asked to participate in promotional marketing. **Follow-up appointments must be scheduled within the first 60 days after the initial fitting appointment.
