🩸 Most people think blood transfusions happen in hospitals.

Whether on the road or at 3,000 feet, our teams can administer life-saving blood products when it matters most.

While some providers simply can’t offer this level of care— we can.

🚁 Did you know?

Our critical care team can be activated by any hospital in the Territory simply by pressing a button, and in most cases we can be bed-side in under 20 minutes?

In a medical emergency, minutes matter - that's why we're here 🕐

Hello St Croix! Early this morning our critical care team was tasked with an emergency transfer from Schneider Regional Medical Center to Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital & Medical Center. Just 46 minutes later and our patient is in the right place!

Something a little different yesterday. Due to the need to hoist a patient from a ship directly into the aircraft, we were tasked by the U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Juan to assist in evacuating a trauma patient to a shoreside facility.

Bravo Zulu! 🚁

A great success story!

A great success story!

What began as an extended family holiday in St. Thomas, quickly turned into a complex medical emergency.
What started as a transfer for one patient soon evolved into two elderly patients requiring urgent transport to Florida — one after sustaining a hip fracture, and the other following emergency surgery for a perforated bowel.

As the situation unfolded, plans were reassessed in real time. Medical crews prepared advanced care in flight while logistics teams coordinated across borders, adapting as conditions and needs changed to ensure a safe transfer from the islands to Florida.

This mission was a reminder that preparation, flexibility, and teamwork matter when the unexpected happens.
Grateful to every medical, flight, and logistics professional who helped bring both patients home safely.

Mission Ready. Always.

We’re busy on the ground in Jamaica 🇯🇲 running critical care level air ambulance flights to help those in need.

Our team traveled from the Virgin Islands last week and has been working with the Jamaica Defense Force (JDF) providing medical aid.

Not all patients need a vent with more acronyms than a teenager’s text messages.

We’ve just added four brand-new SAVe II+ vents to our lineup!

Compact, portable, and simple to use; but don’t let the size fool you; these little powerhouses pack serious capability. Another step forward in our mission to deliver the highest quality care, every single day.

Another incredibly busy week visiting the BVI, and the mainland US to meet with our partners to discuss how we can play a role in reducing barriers to care.

Exciting projects are in progress!
