Plessen Urgent Care offers convenient and affordable USCG Captain’s Physicals 7 days a week. Come in for your physical and receive a voucher for a free pair of SeaSpec sunglasses from Plessen Optical! SeaSpecs have a lightweight floating frame and feature POLARIZED grey lenses that offer 100% UVA & UVB Protection from the sun's harmful rays. Offer available while supplies last.

Captain's Physicals are offered 7 days a week with walk-in service. Self-pay rates are $100 for Captain's Physical only; $200 for Captain's Physical and drug-screening.

Plessen Urgent Care is conveniently located in Sunny Isles and is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 2 pm.
