Charlotte Amalie High School holds deep meaning for the Consigli/Benton Joint Venture and for this community.

For our team, modernizing this historic campus is personal. Many of our employees are CAHS graduates, and many others have children and family members who walk its halls today. Chickenhawk pride runs deep, and we understand the responsibility that comes with renovating a space that has shaped generations across St. Thomas and the Virgin Islands.

As a USVI-based company, this is more than a construction project. It is an investment in the students, educators, families, and future leaders who will learn, grow, and lead from this campus. This is one of many schools we are proud to help modernize to support the next generation of the Virgin Islands.

As part of Consigli/Benton Joint Venture, we are proud to lead the modernization of Bertha C. Boschulte PreK-8 School in partnership with the Virgin Islands Department of Education and the Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery

This project is a full transformation of the campus. From structural repairs to upgraded classrooms, a restored gym, and new HVAC systems, every detail is focused on creating a safer, stronger, and more functional space for students and staff.

Our role is clear:
