Significant work is underway at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands as improvements continue across the site to support a stronger, more efficient judicial center for the USVI.

Recent activity has focused on reinforcing core building systems, preparing interior zones for future court operations, and coordinating the specialized requirements that come with modern justice facilities. While every phase looks different, each one brings the courthouse closer to providing a safer, more functional environment for staff and the community.

Our St. Croix community is one step closer to having access to critical healthcare resources with the groundbreaking of the new Donna M. Christian Christensen, MD Health Center.

This 117,500 sq. ft. building will replace the original hospital severely damaged by Hurricanes Irma and Maria, featuring patient-centered exam rooms, administrative areas, and a penthouse and exterior utility building for major M/E/P systems.

The Consigli/Benton Joint Venture is honored to partner with the Virgin Islands Department of Health and the Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery to create a resilient hub that will support the island community that we're proud to call home for generations to come.

These efforts have brought the project to an important milestone, with the team preparing to go for the Certificate of Occupancy next week.
