Hi! I’m Dr. Loriann (aka Dr. L, Dr. Lo, Dr. Lolo, or Dr. Lolofahsholo—depending on the vibe 😄). When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me on the 🎾tennis court, dancing to 💃🏻Latin beats, or deep in a mix of 🤓podcasts and 🎶playlists…everything from salsa, Afrobeats & hip-hop to new age, crystal bowls, & hand pan.
➡️What many people don’t know is that the past three years have been a powerful season of transformation for me. I’ve been creating a new reality, one that unhooks from the pressure of urgency, releases the grip of people-pleasing, and softens the noise of constant overthinking.
What I’ve been learning:
🌀How to expand time by slowing down
🪷How to feel safe in my body at a more natural, grounded pace
👁️How to tune into my inner wisdom so I can clearly sense what (and who) is and is not aligned
🤌🏽This is what it means to live from my true self, not just my trained self.
What I’ve come to realize is: I’m not alone. 💞 So many people, especially self-healers, are craving this same shift. They’re ready to slow their minds, reconnect with their bodies, and live from a place of calm, creativity, and curiosity.
📚This is the heart of what I now share and teach.
