Class is held outdoors, so plan for warmth, breezes, nature sounds, and the setting sun 🌅

Sound is something I love to be conscious of and incorporate into my work. A solid playlist, the tone of my voice, the sounds of nature and the space around us. I especially enjoy using crystal bowls to gently bring students back to their bodies from Savasana.

✨️ The smallest of these bowls is tuned to B and resonates with the Crown Chakra, Sahasrara.

✨️ The next size up is tuned to G and is associated with the Throat Chakra, Vishuddha.

✨️ The largest bowl is tuned to F and resonates with the Heart Chakra, Anahata ❤️

This combination tends to the upper threshold of the Chakra system, expanding one's capacity to give and receive compassion, speak their truth, and find unity.

It's easy to get lost in the tones of the bowls as I'm playing 😌 I didn't even notice the butterfly fluttering behind me. 🦋
