Many people have added tilapia to their food plan as a healthy addition. Please, please, please, read the label carefully. You do not want “farm raised” from China. The fish are fed on f***s from chicken, geese and other animals. See the photos of chicken coops built over the fish ponds. Also look at the expiration date. Most packages are good for 2 years. No sure what else is in the package to make them last 2 years.
