This is what my 2 year old chose for breakfast. We are in the stage of promoting independence and letting him make his own choices (although we might guide them a bit). I start by offering two starch option, waffle or crackers, then he got his choice of protein, peanut butter or cheese, and finally he chose his fruit. And I always serve a glass of milk.
Also, I don’t know how all the mom influencers out there do it because it took me 30 minutes to type this caption with a toddler , and now he’s chasing me around screaming as I try to post this
