The sound bath is back this Sunday — and every Sunday. 🌊

We're holding space at Our Place Community Center in Coral Bay, St. John, from 6–7 p.m. Donations are accepted, never required. Bring a mat, a blanket, and something comfortable to lie on.

If you're off the island, you're still welcome. dm me for the Zoom link.

5 Senses Meditation Circle tomorrow (Sun 2/22) from 6 to 7 PM

Join us for a grounding circle exploring the five senses. We will move through a physical and meditative experience of the full palette of being human.

We had such a great turn out last time we are back for another restorative yoga and sound bath at Concordia this Monday the 19th at Concordia Eco Resort in St John VI! We will do more pop ups but I'm not sure when the next one is so don't miss out. Allow your body to melt into bliss through gentle somatic movement and harmonic frequencies.
