Sumin Hong is based in Seoul, South Korea, and works as a flight attendant for AeroK, frequently flying between Korea and Da Nang.
Three years ago, she completed her yoga teacher training but had to give up yoga due to the demands of her new job.
Since transitioning to her role as a flight attendant, she’s found more free time, especially during her layovers in Da Nang. She recently decided to get back into yoga and confidently booked an Inside Flow class with us, despite not knowing what Inside Flow was.
After just one session, she’s decided to make it a regular part of her routine whenever she’s in Da Nang. She shared that the class was a lot of fun and that our studio is beautiful.
