🌏Many humans have experienced difficult losses, circumstances, emotions, sensations that tensed their whole nervous systems up for extended amount of times or the rest of their life.

Difficult experiences, emotions, and sensations are natural parts of human journeys/experiences.
💡Yet, when unaware of, ignored & suppressed extensively, those tensions stored in our nervous systems and across our body will eventually expose into cPTSD, high functioning , suicidal attempts, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, or , high blood pressure, obesity, cancer, etc

🆘And we wonder why the global diseases, their prevalence and burdens got to where they are today.

🆘 If health , especially awareness of difficult experiences, emotions, sensations and their impacts to our health/beings, unconscious behaviors, thought patterns, choices, etc,
as well as to proactively and regularly relieve, release, sanitize, balance, recharge, and strengthen different part of our health & being, mentally emotionally psychologically spiritually,
be included as mandatory parts of any education systems, Governments, Orgs, communities, families,
