Riêng tại Hà Nội ghi nhận 1.320 ca, trong khi Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh lên tới 7.294 ca – cho thấy nguy cơ dịch đang gia tăng rõ rệt tại các đô thị lớn.

🔰Số trường hợp mắc bệnh tay chân miệng chủ yếu ở trẻ dưới 10 tuổi (chiếm 99,3%), trong đó hay gặp ở nhóm trẻ từ 1-5 tuổi (chiếm 92,7%).

[English Below] 🥹Ngoài “phát tướng”… còn phát hiện nhiều chỉ số khác tăng “bất ngờ” sau Tết!

Cân nặng sau Tết tăng là chuyện khó tránh khỏi, tuy nhiên có những chỉ số khác âm thầm tăng… mà chúng ta không hề biết vì Tết là thời điểm các bệnh chuyển hóa dễ mất kiểm soát:

‼️Men Gan (AST – ALT): Rượu bia, tiệc tùng, thức khuya khiến gan làm việc liên tục trong kỳ nghỉ tết vì thế chỉ số men gan thường tăng cao so với bình thường.

‼️Mỡ máu (Cholesterol – Triglyceride): Ăn nhiều đồ chiên rán, bánh chưng, thịt kho… ít vận động sẽ khiến các chỉ số này tăng sau ít ngày.

‼️Đường huyết: Có thể tăng âm thầm sau kỳ nghỉ với chế độ ăn nhiều tinh bột và đồ ngọt.

‼️Acid uric - gout: Việc tiêu thụ nhiều rượu bia, hải sản, thịt đỏ trong dịp lễ dễ kích hoạt cơn gout cấp hoặc làm đợt cấp của gout mạn tính tái phát.

‼️Huyết áp: Ăn uống thất thường, tiêu thụ các thực phẩm giàu đạm, muối, rượu bia cùng với việc thay đổi giờ giấc sinh hoạt, quên dùng thuốc kiểm soát đường huyết.

‼️Liver enzymes (AST – ALT): Alcohol consumption, frequent gatherings, and staying up late make the liver work continuously during the Tet holiday, which often leads to higher liver enzyme levels than usual.

‼️Blood lipids (Cholesterol – Triglycerides): Eating more fried foods, sticky rice cakes (bánh chưng), braised pork, and being less physically active can cause these levels to increase within just a few days.

‼️Blood glucose: It may rise silently after the holiday due to a diet high in carbohydrates and sweets.

‼️Uric acid – gout: Consuming more alcohol, seafood, and red meat during the festive season can trigger acute gout attacks or cause flare-ups in people with chronic gout.

‼️High blood pressure: Irregular eating habits, high intake of protein, salt, and alcohol, along with disrupted daily routines or forgetting to take medications that control blood pressure or blood sugar, can lead to elevated blood pressure.

✅You should consider consulting a doctor if you experience symptoms such as persistent fatigue, abdominal pain, jaundice, joint pain, rapid weight gain, or unusually high blood pressure or blood sugar levels.
