Starting this October, I am excited to offer a new **Postnatal Yoga Class** with a special focus on **pelvic floor recovery**!

These sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body, regain confidence, and gently strengthen your pelvic floor muscles after childbirth—even if it's been several months since you gave birth.

🧘‍♀️ The classes will be a blend of yoga and specific pelvic floor rehabilitation techniques, ensuring a well-rounded approach to your postnatal recovery. And yes, **babies are more than welcome**, but the focus will be on YOU—because you deserve to feel strong and supported in your body again.
