We were delighted to welcome a group of 3 to 6 year-old-kids from Chungdahm Gaon International Kindergarten in Hanoi to our special clinic tour.

💚This visit is designed to gently nurture trust and confidence, helping children feel safe, comfortable which will show them that the clinic is not only a place to come when they feel unwell, but also a place where they are cared for, inspired, and encouraged to dream big about who they might become one day.

With lots of smiles and soft guidance from our pediatric and nurse teams, these lovely kids had a chance to:
👨‍⚕️Met Doctors and learned how doctors help children grow strong and healthy
✨Enjoyed a friendly clinic tour, discovering rooms, tools, and listening to heart-beats of them and their friends;
🚑 Visited *1212 Ambulance and learned how it helps people in emergencies
🎨 Expressed their creativity during art time by drawing their “Future Doctor Me”, and we may have met a few inspiring future doctors already

Through hands-on discovery and gentle conversations, the children began to see healthcare as something friendly and caring, not scary. We can’t wait to welcome them back and organize more activities like this again soon.

✨ Post-Tết recovery easy tips for your family from experts 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

After the joyful celebrations of Tết Nguyên Đán - Lunar New Year in Việt Nam, many of you and might your families feel the same thing: Consumed too much rich food and sweets, sleepless nights on screens or travels, disrupted routines, skin breakouts problems, stomach discomfort (bloating, indigestion, diarrhea), etc.

Don’t worry! It’s totally normal! Here are some Doctor tips to help you & your children reset after Tết:

🔆 𝐒𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭
- Avoid rich food, spicy dishes, processed meat, sugary drinks and alcohol, etc.
- Choose lighter meals to support digestion and liver recovery, focus on clear vegetable, fresh fruit, yogurts
- Hydrate properly with 2-2.5L of water daily
- Use herbal tea (ginger or peppermint) to soothe your guts well
🏃‍♀️ Ease back into physical activity (jogging, yoga, light gym set, etc.), don't rush into intense workouts
⏰ Set limited time per day for using social media, reducing social scrolling
💤 Back to your daily normal schedule, no phone 30 minutes before bed and sleep before 11 PM.
