📌 Job Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze business requirements, and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, etc.) and support the development team
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project progress
- Conduct UAT testing, support deployment, and provide user training
🎯 Requirements:
✅ 2-3++ year of experience as a BA
✅ Have good logical and flexible thinking.
✅ Experience in developing projects related to finance, blockchains is an advantage.
✅ Good at English (or Japanese).
