JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Objective:
Support customers in the effective application and utilization of SonoScape medical equipment, particularly ultrasound and endoscopy systems, while participating in training activities and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Technical Support:
• Conduct product demonstrations and equipment usage guidance for customers
• Assist in resolving technical issues during equipment operation
• Advise on selecting appropriate solutions for each healthcare facility's needs
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
2. Training & Education:
• Organize training courses on ultrasound and endoscopy techniques for doctors and technicians
• Develop training materials and user guides in Vietnamese
• Participate in professional seminars and conferences domestically and internationally
• Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions
3. Sales Support:
• Support sales team during customer meetings and presentations
• Provide technical expertise to potential customers
• Participate in medical exhibitions and industry events
• Assist in proposal preparation and technical documentation
4. Product Development Support:
• Collect customer feedback on products and services
• Propose product improvements based on real-world requirements
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Nationality & Education:
• MANDATORY: Vietnamese citizen
• Medical Doctor degree from reputable medical university in Vietnam
• Valid medical practice certificate
• Must be licensed to practice medicine in Vietnam
2. Professional Experience:
• Minimum 2-5 years of clinical practice experience
• MANDATORY: Hands-on experience with diagnostic ultrasound techniques
• MAJOR PLUS: Experience in both ultrasound and endoscopy
• Experience in teaching or training is preferred
3. Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in basic ultrasound techniques: abdominal, cardiovascular, obstetrics
• Understanding of technical parameters and image quality optimization
• Ability to read and analyze ultrasound results
• Knowledge of medical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
4. Language Skills:
• MANDATORY: Good English communication
• OR: Good Chinese communication
• Vietnamese: Native proficiency
• Ability to translate technical documents
Preferred Requirements:
1. Age Range:
• 25-35 years old (preference given to candidates within this age range)
2. Additional Experience:
• Experience working with international medical equipment
• Previous participation in professional training or seminars
• Experience in technical support or clinical applications
3. Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team collaboration and cross-department cooperation abilities
• Adaptability to international work environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Customer service orientation

Salary Package:
• Total Package: 2,100 - 2,800 USD/month included:
o Base Salary
o Social Insurance (Self submit or company reference support)
