Crockpot Steak Bites with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
• 1.5 pounds beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
• 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef sirloin or tenderloin pieces and sliced mushrooms.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and mushrooms in the slow cooker, ensuring everything is well coated.
4. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or until the beef is tender.
5. Once cooked, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
