Why Holistic Fitness?

After working in the gym atmosphere for years, I started to see common trends. People were always in a rush, fighting injuries, and not truly benefiting from the workouts. What if there was more to the picture than just picking up a weight and running on the treadmill? What if there was a multi-faceted approach?

People aren’t overweight because they have an eating problem, there’s some sort of an underlying emotional void they’re trying to fill with food. People aren’t getting injured because of something they did in the gym, you move in the gym how you move outside of the gym. This means that everything you do inside of the gym should be improving your quality of life outside of the gym. This means your workouts need to be tailored to your everyday lifestyle.

I can’t say this enough, nutrition is everything. Once, I finally started eating nutrient dense foods all the time that’s when I saw the real changes. That’s when I saw muscles I had never seen before. That is when I began to be happy. That is when I started feeling like a person, and not like a robot just going through life.

Holistic Fitness is what makes me feel alive and be more self-aware! That’s what I hope to bring to people that make the brave choice of starting Holistic Fitness with me.
